GOODYEAR URGENT CARE
GOODYEAR, AZ
Goodyear Urgent Care fulfills a need for non-life-threatening emergency treatment in a city that has a large, transitory, seasonal population. The facility also serves local citizens who do not want to endure the wait and expense of a hospital emergency room.

The tenant improvement is organized around staff efficiency, with the lobby and satellite treatment rooms easily accessible—and monitorable—from a central “core” that contains all employee functions and an x-ray suite. Management offices and a break room have separate ingress/egress and finish out the program.
